The Bietti IRCCS Foundation at the British Hospital in Rome is looking for Knowledge Transfer Manager (KTM)
Job Description:
- interaction with advanced research groups to formulate strategies for the protection and enhancement of the results of clinical and experimental research;
- scouting actions of new discoveries (inventive and not) aimed at defining the complete framework of a potential technology and the knowledge of the patent activity of the competition;
- involvement together with research units in accessing funding for innovation with programmes aimed at demonstrating the feasibility of an innovation with potential for commercial success (proof-of-concept type);
- selection of professionals in charge of the procedures for the protection of the found and supervision of the related activities;
- study of the industrial reality of the national territory in the field of ophthalmology in order to conduct a census on the possible stakeholders with whom to enter into research and development and/or technology transfer agreements;
- participation in meeting events between the world of research and industry with information material aimed at presenting the translational research activity and results.
- preparation of periodic reports for management and outwards, also in support of quality assessment and research processes and third mission.
Requirements:
- Five-year degree in scientific subjects (old and new systems)
- Postgraduate training in biomedical management
- Certified skills in technology transfer
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to formulate long-term strategies
- Negotiation skills
Any prior professional activity in the field of technology transfer for periods exceeding 24 months will constitute a preferential element in the selection.
We offer a coordinated and continuous scientific research collaboration contract for a period of twelve months; the remuneration will be commensurate with the level of seniority. Flexible and agreeable time and frequency.

Job description: Clinical outpatient and research activities on neurodegenerative diseases with involvement of the visual system (e.g. Multiple Sclerosis), on pathologies of the optical pathways on an ischemic or neoplastic basis, on retinal and optic nerve pathologies on a genetic basis (e.g. inherited retinal dystrophies, Hereditary ataxias, Hereditary Neuropathies).
Flexible and agreeable time and frequency.

We are looking for front/back office staff to join our healthcare facility. The selected candidates will be responsible for the following tasks:

Requirements:
Candidates must have a high school diploma and be familiar with booking software and digital communication tools.
